Success through innovation

One of the keys to our success is theclose collaboration between ourconstruction equipment and projectimplementation teams when we develop special equipment. Our new concrete slipform pavers and concrete mixing plants are two cogent examples:

They can be loaded and shipped whole in internationally standardized ISO ocean freight containers, thus increasing the worldwide availability of this special equipment, as well as considerably reducing shipping costs and times which are frequently crucial factors in deciding who wins a contract.

And this long tradition of in-house research and development work is being continued with the aim of sustaining and broadening our competitive edge over competitors who typically can only employ commercially available equipment and machinery. An outstanding example of the kind of design and mechanical engineering work performed by the HW specialists is the new generation of proven HW slipform pavers. These are now the first of their kind that can be shipped in ISO ocean containers, without the need for costly and time-consuming disassembly.
